The planting spade has a narrow tapered blade designed make light work of planting whips, small shrubs or bulbs. The blade is treaded to reduce the wear on the users boots and to increase stability during use especially in muddy conditions. Has an ash handle with D grip and is 28″ (711mm) in length. The solid forged head is 9″ x 4.5″ (240 x 115mm) and in forged in Britain by Bulldog Tools.
